Hi, I’m Dr. Jamie.
I’m an internationally recognized expert in Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Interventions (NDBIs), including the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM), and a pediatric Board Certified Behavior Analyst at the doctoral level (BCBA-D). For nearly three decades, I’ve supported young autistic children and their families through compassionate, developmentally grounded, neuroaffirming, evidence-based care, and I’ve worked with professionals and organizations around the world to help them achieve meaningful outcomes for the individuals they serve.
I founded The NDBI Navigator to bring my passion for helping others to life—educating and empowering professionals to truly “put into practice” what they know. Through online courses, resource products, a podcast, a professional development membership, and a global community, I support clinicians, educators, and behavior analysts in turning insight into impact by helping them transform knowledge into real-world skills. I’m also the parent of a neurodivergent child, and that lived experience deeply shapes my perspective and fuels my commitment to creating meaningful, supportive resources for families everywhere.
